Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, triggers, and customizations.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Provide feedback to the development team on usability and functionality.
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to ensure testability of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior QA team members on Salesforce testing best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

 

Skills/Experience

 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
  • Experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of software testing principles, including manual and automated testing.
  • Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
