  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Liferay-based applications.
  • Customizing Liferay Portal features and functionalities according to business requirements.
  • Integrating Liferay with other systems, such as LDAP, SSO, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Keeping abreast of latest trends and technologies in Liferay and related fields.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of software development projects.

Skills/Experience

  • Strong experience with Liferay Portal development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, especially MySQL.
  • Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or AngularJS.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
